anyone have a fetal doppler?

I've been a little worried b/c I'm almost 20 weeks with my 2nd pregnancy and have hardly felt any movement.  We found out at my anatomy scan on Friday that I have an anterior placenta, which may explain why movement has been tough to feel this pregnancy.  I'm thinking of buying a home doppler.  Does anyone else have one and have any recommendations?  I don't want to spend a ton, but I feel like it would give me peace of mind that things are ok even though I'm not feeling movement.
