Am I insane?

I keep thinking I feel the baby move. I think I ovulated early so I would guess the fetus is a couple days older than it would be if I ovulated on time. H was on a business trip when I should have and I don't have an open marriage! Anyway, I occasionally feel almost a poke but lighter. It's not in the right place for gas and it feels different. I keep telling myself it is gas but could it be baby already? Even if I am right about the fetal age, it's still way early for a FTM. Nuts right?
