Leaking breasts at 19 weeks?

So I'm sitting here watching TV and suddenly my left nipple feels really cold. I look down and there's a tiny wet patch on my shirt. There's clear fluid leaking from my nipple.

Is it normal for my breasts to be leaking so early? I did some Googling but everything I found was from second or third time mothers, and this is my first baby.  Plus, even they were around 23 weeks, and I'm only 19 weeks...
