Host gift

Hello, sorry I know this has been posted somewhere on the site but I can not find it now. Anyways I have a co-worker who is throwing me a baby shower. We are not the greatest of friends but I am extremely grateful that she wants to do this for me. By nature I am a gift giver but for the life of me I can not think of a proper gift in return for such an amazing offer. Do you amazing women have any ideas, suggestions? Anything will help!!! I should repeat though that not giving a gift is not an option, I just can't do that!!!!
