Rapid vibrations/spasms, fetal movement???

Okay so I can definately tell the difference between kicks or movements and this other feeling I have. I am 24 weeks and I feel this really rapid vibration or spasm type feeling near my ribs on the right side along with kind of a pulling sensation just right on the spot that is vibrating, no where else. At first I thought maybe it was babies hands or something, but now I am really unsure.

Anyone else feel this? What is it? I plan on calling my doctor, it has been happening for about a week.
