Like another poster said, my appetite has been out of control. So far, i am within the recommended weight gain ranges, but i am thinking this week might not be a good one when i step on the scale. Have any of you experienced any weeks where you gained a whole lot more than you really needed to but were able to get back within the recommended weight range in the next weeks without "dieting." Because i know they say not to diet at all while you are pregnant so if i have a couple of really bad weeks but then get back on track with my doctor's recommended calories, i wonder if those couple of weeks will have gotten me so far off track that i stay off track the rest of the pregnancy.
