Tylenol

My doctor said tylenol is safe to take during pregnancy.  I went to the store today to buy some but there was none!  The store clerk told me that there was a mass recall on tylenol (a year ago) and most retailers pulled it from their shelves.  I tried calling my doctors office to find out if there is something else I can take for headache relief but the office is closed.  I thought I would post this question to see if anyone has suggestions on what I can take if anything at all?  I know Advil is a definite no-no.  Is there anything else?
