Bright spot on heart during anatomy scan... would you have an amnio?

Has anyone ever been told they saw a 'bright spot' on baby's heart during your anatomy scan? Well they found on my baby today and the good news is it's not a defect, the heart is 100% perfect. But the spot is a Downs marker so dr is asking if I want to consider an amnio.

I had an amnio with my first son because of two DS markers and he turned out perfectly healthy. I had the amnio for peace of mind and so we could prepare ourselves if the news was not good. Part of my feels so selfish because I WANT to know.

I know deciding to have an amnio is a really personal decision but I just want to hear some personal experiences and also ask if anyone has had the same experience with a spot on baby's heart?
