16 week u/s...sex of baby?

What is the likelyhood that they will be correct at telling the sex of the baby at 16 weeks?

I am having another u/s at 16 weeks for a cervical length check.  The u/s tech said she might be able to tell me by then and my OB told me they should definately be able to tell by then.

Any experiences to share???
