Vaginal pressure?

I am about 20 weeks now and everything has been going smoothly for the most part, but yesterday, i noticed vaginal pressure anytime i walked around.  Today, the same thing.  When i am sitting, i don't really feel anything, but while i am walking around, it feels like something is pressing down in that area.  It is pretty constant.  I am hoping to talk to my doctor tomorrow, but has anyone else been experiencing this?  I've been trying to read and i've seen topics on pelvic pressure, but it really feels more like a vaginal pressure.  I hope this is normal
