kidney stones

As if all this wasn't already enough lol!  Anyone else out there have stones while pregnant, and know of any home remedies to help with the pain other than drinking fluid and the heating pad?  This is my second day of pain and it sucks.  I've had stones before, but this is my first pregnancy.  I'm told the baby will be fine unless the infection spreads (on meds for that though).  Thanks for any advice/support!
