Visitation Schedule Advice ....

My sister had a baby last month and I have recommended she come up with a visitation/CO with her son's BD. What should she include in it? She says that BD has no interest in the child, but I think now is the best time for her to come up with a formal agreement with him. Who knows what he will decide to do later and I think she should have some sort of documentation to protect herself. What would you ladies suggest for a baby that young ?
