Switching doctors

Have any of you tried to switch doctors? My current OBGYN and I are not working out. I really like her but I have a 2+ hour wait every appointment, her office manager is rude and demeaning, and she blows off my ideas for what kind of birth I want. Needless to say I need to find a new doc. Oh and I decided to switch hospitals as well...

I am really having a hard time finding a doctor that will accept a new patient in the 2nd trimester. I didn't think this would be so hard or that my current doc wouldn't share my prenatal records.

Have any of you gone through this? I would love to hear about your positive outcome. Thanks.
