For three days now i have been light headed.. it started Monday-very sporadically and now it's been since I woke up this morning....

I am not concerned about the little nugget- as i have no cramping etc..but am wondering what you all think you would do- chalk it up to just normal pregnancy, or call the OB - considering w DD I started fainting around 5 months- and after she was born, I found out I have 3 minor leaky heart valves..
