Really?.. stretch marks already? 2nd child..

Ok.. so with DD, I never got stretch marks until month 9, and they were VERY low..

With this one, I am 5.5 months in, and they are appearing- ABOVE my belly button? Could this be because she is breach currently? In a completely different position than my DD?
