low grade fever

I went to bed feeling like I was getting sick, and my throat was starting to kill me. I woke up after midnight and again a few minutes ago because it hurt so bad. My hands felt really hot, so I took my temp- 99.7. Its still low, do you think I should call my after hours line? Everything I've read online said under 100.1 I can just drink fluids and rest, but I'm worried about my throat, too. Ugh! Being sick and pregnant is never fun.
