Gestational Diabetes

So ive been told I have Gestational Diabetes... a type of diabetes that forms while your pregnant.. It usually goes away after birth, so I shouldnt be too concerned... I was pre-dispositioned to it, as my dad is Type 2 and its more common in Native American peoples. Lucky Me.

But its still ruined my whole day. I spoke to  a nutritionist today and my life has gone from doing pretty much whatever I want and not thinking about it.. to reading every label, planning meals and pricking my finger to test my blood 3 times a day..

Its going to be a long 3+ months still... fml..
