Hi Ladies!

I'm a FTM, and there are about 10-12 classes available to new parents at our hospital. Although I don't want to take all of them, I find myself looking at several. Geeked -- Childbirth Prep, Breastfeeding, Back to Work & Breastfeeding, & Infant Safety & CPR.

Are any of these not worth the time & energy? Are there any subjects in which I might be better off just reading a book or asking a friend?
