Lightheadedness/Dizziness

this morning i was standing at work at suddenly had lightheadedness, fuzzy hearing, fuzzy vision with tunnel vision, and i started sweating, but was cold and clamy. i called my doctors office and they just told me to go home and relax for a few days and if continues then to come in. my concern is what would have triggered this. i didntdo anything strenuous, and was only standing for a short time. i had eating cereal in the morning. anyone else ever get this.
