gender reveal ideas

For those of you that have done one or plan to do one... I need gender reveal ideas :-) We are having a family only gender reveal/Easter bbq and I need ideas for decorating, food, and activities. I plan on having cupcakes made with gender colored icing but other than that I am at a loss. Also we prob will dye eggs with my niece and nephew since it is Easter:-) Lets hear your greats ideas!
