How do you differentiate selfish buys and not?

I'm having a hard time with being able to buy myself anything that is not a necessity. I've been doing nothing but shopping for my baby on the way and haven't bought myself anything (besides some work clothes) since I found out I was pregnant. I even had a hard time spending money around Christmas for OTHER people because I feel like all my money should go to my baby.

Hah. I'm a FTM and I just want the best for my LO so I feel like unless I NEED it, I shouldn't buy it. Does anyone else have this problem?
