Clean-eaters, shield your eyes.
I picked up one of these in the Southwest Three Chese flavor on a whim at HEB yesterday. I made it tonight using drumsticks and it was really good and super easy (think Shake n Bake easy). I served it with roasted asparagus (throw into bag with olive oil and minced garlic, shake, lay on foil-lined tray, sprinkle with salt and pepper) and good old Betty Crocker mashed potatoes (from a box). By the child and the husband devoured their food. I barely had enough for my lunch tomorrow out of, like, 10 chicken legs.
