Anyone packing for the hospital?

I've gotten lots of different advice and looked at a bunch of sites, including questions on The Bump. Below's what I've got so far in terms of basics. Am I missing anything crucial or helpful? There are so many things to keep track of!

For my baby:

-Car seat

-Coming home outfit

-Blankets

For my sanity:

-Insurance, paperwork

-Toiletries

-Towel, showering shoes

-Pillow

-Socks, sweater, bras, other clothes

-Cell phones, videocamera, tech
