3rd Trimester

anyone else working out HARD?

So Im just entering my third trimester and Ive been cycling indoors at least 4 days a week since I found out I was pregnant. Ive also been doing lite weight lifting 2-3 days a week and taking pre-natal pilates classes. I let my heart rate get up to about 155-160 during cycling classes even tho my doc said not to go higher than 140, if not I dont sweat. Anyone else still working out hard?? I feel like every week gets harder but after each workout I feel like a million bucks..
