tipping debate

okay so my boss asked me - and this got me to thinking.. obviously not pregnancy related but a good debate question if your board..

1. Do you tip the shuttle driver from the dealership ? Not a cra shuttler at an airport- dealership?

2. do you tip a restuarant watress for an order Called in?

3. do you tip the person who waxes you?

4. do you tip the pizzza driver? / delivery driver?

If so, how much and if not - why not.
