When to Register?

Hey, ladies!

I'm 23 weeks today, and am getting really anxious about getting things done before having to wait until the last minute.  That being said, I was wondering when the appropriate time for me to create my baby registry is. I'm not having my shower until mid-May, but I just feel like I really need to get a jump on things. When did you all register? Or, have you?
