At what point does the baby start to move up in the uterus?

My first pregnancy was twins and since this is my 2nd and only one baby this time, this is all very new to me to only have one chicken nugget in there.

The boys pretty much took over my uterus by this time (18-20w) but so far this pregnancy, the baby is still very low. Just wondering if this is normal and IF he/she will ever move upwards.
