2nd Trimester

Anxiety Attacks =(

I just woke up not even an hour ago.. And I'm starting to feel the onset of another attack.. I just feel so empty and alone.. and it gets harder to breathe.. I can't focus on a television program, or a book, or anything to take my mind off of it.. Holding up and staying strong only lasts for so long.. and then they hit.. I hate having these =( Suggestions on things I can do to help them go away?
