Why haven't I felt the baby move yet?

When did you all first feel your baby move? I'm 18 weeks and I'm pretty sure I haven't felt it yet. I think I'm trying really hard to feel it and all I'm actually feeling is my food digesting! I'm getting nervous. My next appt isnt until 19 w 4 d which really feels like forever at this point.
