Bellybutton rings...

For those of you who have them are you keeping them while you're pregnant? I'm afraid if I take it out there's a chance it'll close and I doubt I'll get it re pierced later. So I can't decided if I should just take it out or get one of those pregnancy bellybutton rings that are flexible and aren't made out of metal. I would appreciate to hear what you ladies are planning on doing.
