back pain?

anyone have lower back pain...kind of like a cramp/ache in their back.  I don't recall this with my last pregnancy, but somedays it is awful.  I cannot sit/sleep/stand in a comfortable position sometimes.  Guess I need to suck it up for awhile, uh?!
