Birthing Videos? Help!

February 2012 in 3rd Trimester

Hi! So I am 28 weeks and due to a bad bleeding incident because of placenta previa I am on bed rest for the rest of my pregnancy. The good news is that the placenta is moving up! So I may actually be able to delivery normally instead of getting a C-section. Bed news? I can't leave my apartment to attend birthing classes. Do you all have any DVDs or online videos you recommend in lieu of birthing classes?
