pain below right breast, under rib

I have a burning/tight type of pain under my right breast. Has anyone else expereinced this? I'm only 23 weeks along.  I don't have a headache, blurred or spotty vision, or swelling and my blood pressure is 110/72. I hope it's not preeclampsia or my liver! Hopefully I can wait until tomorrow, when my doctor's office is open. I don't want to waste my time and get misdiagnosed by going to the emergency room today. Any advice?
