GD resuls question

My Dr had me do an early GD test due to the size of my son.  (He was 9lbs 14oz at delivery.)  Anyway, she called the other day and told me I passed the 1 hr.  She said my number was 120 and they like it to be under 140 during pregnancy.  I didn't think to ask her, but I'm just curious if I'm the high end of normal or not... Is the normal range between 110-140, or more like 0-140.  She said I could continue to eat as I normally do and I have to repeat the test in the 24-28 week range, but I guess I'm just curious.  Does anyone else know their numbers?  TIA!
