Movement question...

I am currently 14 weeks 4 days and 3 times now this past week I have felt like a little flick in my belly...in the area below my belly button. I know it's not gas, and it seems early for baby from what I've read, do you think it's just a twitch in my ute or could it be baby? It almost feels like someone flicked me from the inside...it is only a second long and happens not very often. Sorry this is often asked and TIA!
