Hi! I'm about 12 weeks pregnant and posting here to plan for the coming weeks. I see a chiropractor and I am wondering how long it is safe to lay on my stomach during adjustments? My bump is barely showing but every visit I worry about it.

My chiropractor is a trusted friend but he just started his practice and I'm his first pregnant patient.
