Can you determine baby's personality???

I'm very curious to know if how active the baby is in the womb determines how their personality is. Every time I go to the dr for an ultrasound they tell me I have a very busy baby in there. I have been feeling flutters and now movements and little pokes since 14 weeks. Does that mean my lo will be active when they're here??
