Too much fish?

The post below with someone worried about eating one fish sandwich has me paranoid. My husband is big on me eating a lot of fish because of the omega 3s, and I do not eat any high mercury fish. However, I am not exactly measuring servings. This week, by chance (going out to dinner a lot), I have three nights in a row eating some amount of fish. Tonight, I ate a shrimp cocktail and some lobster soup (admittedly not a ton of fish), and the next two nights I'll be going to sushi restaurants (eating ONLY cooked options, of course...probably eel).

I wasn't worried about this before, but now with hearing people actually follow the six ounce rule, I'm worried. I was thinking all the low-mercury fish/shellfish was actually healthy.

I usually do not eat fish three times a week. But at least two is my plan...again, big on the omega 3s and lean protein.
