Is anyone regularly working out? If so when? I'm a night owl not a morning person. Are you just raising your heart rate and breaking sweat or just moving to stay flexible?
I get done staring at the computer screen for 8 hours and then just want to eat dinner, relax and go to bed. I haven't done much but walk sporadically since I've gotten pregnant. I ran a few times in the beginning but very little is comfortable these days at only 24 weeks. What a woos I am!! Fortunately I was 120lbs when I got pregnant now I'm 135lbs.. my goal is to keep this baby at or under 140lbs.
