Diaper Bag Help

I am looking for a diaper bag. I would love some help seeing as how I am a FTM. I would like something plain since my husband will be carrying it as well... we are having a boy. I am willing to spend around $100 or less, so no coach bag or anything Any suggestions?

What exactly am I looking for in a bag? Inside/outside Pockets, Insulated pockets, etc?
