pain in the V - like too much s*x - thoughts?

I woke up with pain around the entrance to my vagina like I'd been having an enthusiastic session with my man.... but I didn't - and if this keeps up I won't .  I do have varicose veins (lucky me!) but I dont' think that's what this is.  Any ideas?
