hip & leg pain while sleeping

do you suffer from this? I went to the dr today and she said it's only going to get worse. She is sending me to physical therapy but I also have  disc injury in my back so she said for me to go back to my spine doctor. I tried sleeping with a body pillow, ice,heat,walking seems to be the only thing that makes it feel better but i'm up half the night.
