Um.. weird question but totally serious!

So today I had a very strange feeling and I'm chalking it up to my baby kicking my cervix. I was doing kegals at my desk (seems to be the only time I remember to do them) and it felt like when I released the tension I got a weird bump that felt like it was on my cervix/vag. Kinda like a serious air bubble... um... but I didn't have air come out. My god this sounds stupid! LOL I dunno how else to explain it!! Could that be baby kicking my cervix? It didn't really hurt but it felt super odd. :S
