Jungle theme- really the only option for a boy? (at least in stores)

Jungle is way cute- dont get me wrong- but dangit! Thats the only option for me at every store?? Im already ignoring the fact that 90% of our Target's baby clothes section is for girls. Anybody else trying to get around this?

I dont really have a theme beyond bedtime-y stuff and some cat in the hat (bed-time story) so I cant complain too much. What are you guys doing for decorating?
