What did you eat that day leading up to your test? I have my test next week and my doctor told me to eat normally, but I've noticed so much variation in posts about eating just protein and no carbs/sugar, eating some carbs right before the test, etc. I'm confused! Does it matter?
Sorry for the zillionth GD test question. I normally get answers to my questions just by reading the posts on here but got up the nerve to ask about this. Any input is greatly appreciated!
