Pregnancy pillow for taller women?

I heard some of the recommended pillows out there are not comfortable for taller women since it doesnt align you correctly. Im 5"10 and wondering if any of the taller ladies here have a pillow that they recommend? Im worried about the C pillows not being long enough for my torso and hitting me where i dont want it to.
