Solutions for swelling!?

For the last 2 days I have not been able to wear my wedding rings. I could barely get them off the other night and will not put them back on for fear of them getting stuck. My hands are so swollen! And, I feel like it happened out of nowhere. My OB said it is most likely from the raise in progesterone and not to be concerned yet since my vitals are healthy otherwise, but I did not anticipate this occuring so early in the pregnancy (as I am a little over 15 weeks). Does anyone else have this happening and are there any recommendations to help reduce the swelling?
