Freaking out a bit

I have a nurse that comes out to my house from my insurance company since I'm on bed rest for pre-e. She typically goes over general baby stuff (baby care, breastfeeding, etc.) and takes my weight and BP. I had a regular doctors appointment yesterday and everything was fine (bp was 130/80) but today the nurse took my bp and it was 154/92. So I called my ob asking if I should go in and am waiting for the nurse to call me back. I'm just nervous because one of the doctors I saw a couple weeks ago said "It's not a matter of IF you're bp spikes, it's WHEN" and she said when that happens they will induce me. We were talking about inducing next week, I am just not mentally ready for this whole process.
