ICEF and referral

At my anatomy scan, the baby was laying with his back up, head down and the tech was unable to get a clear picture of his heart and face.  However, she wrote in the summary that she saw multiple ICEF in the heart.  Otherwise, all biometry was normal. I was supposed to go back to my Dr. for another shot at the scan, but I moved out of the area and transferred care to another practice.  Went for my first appointment there yesterday and instead of his office doing another ultrasound, he is sending me to MFM for a detailed scan.  Anyone have any experiences with this?
