Anyone NOT have a dull, low back-ache?

So one of my calender tasks was to learn the symptoms of pre-term labor. I googled it and went on the March of Dimes website which had a list of things to be concerned about. One of them was a dull low back-ache and they said if you even have one of the symptoms that you should call your dr. It seems like a dull low back-ache would be a very common trait among women in their 3rd tri. I'm not concerned (I've had my back-ache for over a week with no change), but would anyone actually call their dr. about this?
